Penparcau Community Forum are a community-based organisation who actively engage with the community of Penparcau to develop sustainable and inclusive community activities and facilities for the benefit of all.

They are a community based, volunteer-run, community development organisation for the facilitation, planning and organisation of events and activities in Penparcau: such as the village show, fetes, food co-op, etc. They seek to raise the profile of the village, encourage community cohesion, promote social inclusion and improve facilities and amenities.
