Based in Cardiff, they specialise in providing opportunities for young film-makers/creators across the globe. The festival began in 2019 and came about due to a wish amongst the team that there were more platforms for young and talented film-makers/creators to show their work to the public and receive the recognition they deserve.

They hope that by exhibiting youth films from not only the UK but the entire globe that they can inspire film-makers and creators to express their talents to the world.
