The Pop In Centre, for young people and local communities, has been running for for over 20 years. They deliver a mix of activities which has always included an Arts and Media development strand. Their aims are to support local communities in this part of Wales particularly in Rhyl and Prestatyn.

Their Pop Up Cinema (at the Rhyl Little Theatre) aims to bring families and young people, abled and disabled, back into the cinema and to make cinema available to the older members of society who they also provide activities for.
