Wales One World festival (WOW) have launched a new rural community-led cinema project across South West Wales with support from Film Hub Wales as part of the UK BFI FAN Spotlight programme.

The project will work with local venues and people to build sustainable, welcoming cinema experiences where access to film is currently limited. Each venue will brings its own identity, audience and ambition, and WOW will collaborate to build skills and create film programmes that reflect these differences: from environmental and rural life themes to international cinema, Welsh-language work and family-friendly screenings.

More venues, film clubs and screenings will be announced soon.

Keep up to date on all the activity.
