SYNOPSIS

Acclaimed director Marc Evans (Hinterland, Patagonia), Academy Award-winning associate producer James Marsh (Man on Wire), executive producers Mal Pope and Edward Thomas and producer and documentary-maker Gwenllian Hughes present Jack to a King, a documentary film that recounts the remarkable tale of how a ‘rag tag’ band of builders, housewives, teachers and travel agents came together to save their beloved football club and ended up turning their city into a worldwide brand.
