With her big break finally here – completing the soundtrack to her first Hollywood feature – Iris Evans finds herself torn between a dream coming true, and mounting issues. Her ex-boyfriend is causing trouble, her mother is on her deathbed and her hero, American icon Eleanor Roberts, has just arrived, bringing distractions and disappointments in equal measure. Can Iris face each problem, complete her dream job, and maintain the simple pleasures in life is an ambivalent notion.
